Products are sent directly to the customer by courier. Shipping for orders over 500€ is FREE! The products are packed in a cardboard box and shipped in self-assembly parts. You do not need any tools to assemble the chair.

The manufacturer provides a guarantee for a period of 1 year. The guarantee does not cover mechanical damage or discolouration of the upholstery caused by contact with forbidden substances.

Products can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase, after prior notification to the manufacturer at emai: info@medafa.eu. Products ordered on the customer's individual order are not returnable.
