(1) The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods (except for the goods described in paragraph 5, item. 6, i.e.: chairs, medical stools and protective mats), without stating a reason and without incurring costs, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 27-38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827).
(2) The period for withdrawal from the contract shall start from the date of taking possession of the Goods by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier. Withdrawal from the contract shall take place by means of a declaration by the Customer. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
(3) In the event of withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded. The Customer shall be obliged to send back the purchased Goods no later than within 7 days from the date of withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Customer.
(4) The returned Goods should be sent back to the address of the Showroom operated by the Seller from which the Goods were sent or collected. It is also possible for the Customer to return the Goods in person at the Salon operated by the Seller. The address of the Showroom is given on the website www.medafa.pl.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending to the Seller a completed withdrawal form (download the form HERE). In order to improve the service and ensure its highest quality, please enclose the proof of purchase with the returned Goods.
(6) Payment will be refunded to the Customer no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned Goods.

8. if the Customer has incurred shipping costs for the Goods, these costs are also refundable. However, if the Customer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the additional costs incurred by the Customer.
(9) The Customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the Goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
(10) The Customer's right of withdrawal from an off-premises or distance contract shall not apply to contracts:
(a) where the Seller has fully performed the Order placed by the Customer, who has been informed prior to the commencement of the performance of the Order that its performance by the Seller will forfeit the right of withdrawal,
b) in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated item produced to the Customer's specifications or serving to satisfy his/her individualised needs,
c) in which the Customer expressly requested that the Seller perform urgent repair or maintenance, or deliver an item other than spare parts necessary to perform the repair or maintenance, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract with respect to additional services or items,
